Tour itinerary :

Day 1 - Arrive in Masai Mara

On your arrival at the Nairobi international airport and after customs, visa and immigration formalities, you will be welcomed by our representative and after a short safari briefing; you will be escorted to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will reach the lodge in time for lunch post, which you can depart for an afternoon game drive. The park is covered with rolling grasslands dotted with acacia; hazy forested hills and reverie bush where the Mara River and its tributaries meander. A spectacular scene to be seen at least once in a lifetime is the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of zebra and wildebeest from the bordering Serengeti, not forgetting the predators that move along with them. This reserve is famous for gazelles, antelopes and a variety of birds. The lion, elephant, cheetah and leopard can also be seen on some occasions. Return, have dinner and stay overnight at the Mara Sentrim Camp or similar.

Day 2 - Sightseeing in Masai Mara

Post a nice breakfast, spend the whole day enjoying the untamed beauty of the Mara. Vast herds of wildebeest and zebra wander across the Mara grasslands, their numbers increasing during the annual migration from Serengeti. Lion, leopard and cheetah follow close behind, while crocodile and hippo congregate in the Mara and Talek rivers. Alternatively start the day with an optional early morning hot air Balloon ride across the Mara plains with a delicious breakfast with champagne followed by a game drive and en-route back to the lodge. Your lunch and dinner remain at the lodge only and so does the overnight stay.

Day 3 - Drive from Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, check-out and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. Check-in, have lunch and later proceed on an afternoon game drive. The park spans an attractive range of wooded and bush grassland around the lake, offering wide ecological diversity-from lake waters and woodland to rocky escarpment and ridges. The afternoon game drive will give you the opportunity to view various wildlife both predatory and plains game, not forgetting the abundance of bird life. This park also serves as home to both the white and black rhino. Return, have dinner and stay overnight at the Lake Nakuru Lodge or similar.

Day 4 - Drive from Lake Nakuru to Aberdares National Park

Post breakfast, depart for the Aberdare National park passing through the 100m Thomson Falls to arrive in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon special transport takes you to the Tree hotel build deep in the Aberdare forest for overnight game viewing. The floodlit water whole at the hotel front attracts many animals including the buffalo, elephant, bushbuck, giant forest hog, lion and occasionally the rhino and leopard. (Only small overnight bags are allowed at the Ark. The rest is left at the Aberdares Country Club) or similar. Return, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 5 - Drive from Aberdares National Park to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, check-out and depart for Amboseli passing through Nairobi. Drive south across the Athi plains-home of the Maasai tribe of the Kenya-Tanzania border town of Namanga, which is 170 km from Nairobi. Then turn east a further 80 km to arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. After a short rest, depart on your first game drive in this park where big herds of elephant may be seen with Mt. Kilimanjaro, at 19,340 feet, the highest mountain in Africa. Return, have dinner and stay overnight at the Amboseli Sentrim Camp.

Day 6 - Day at leisure

Post breakfast, spend the day at leisure and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Mt. Kilimanjaro with morning and afternoon game drives. Early morning game drive is the best time to see the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro. Mid morning, just relax by the sky blue swimming pool. Your lunch, dinner and stay remains at the lodge.

Day 7 - Depart from Amboseli National Park

After breakfast at the club, check-out and depart for Nairobi to arrive in the early afternoon and transfer to the airport for your flight back to India. Tour Ends.
